Established in 2019, In Crust We Trust is the brain child of two brothers with a love of all things pizza. The eldest, Richard Cathro, coming from a professional cookery and business background, is the creator of their most signature recipe elements and the resident dough master.
The younger of the two, Jack Cathro, Having recently returned to Aotearoa from living in Berlin Germany and working in one of the city’s most highly regarded Pizzeria’s, brings home his experience and skills and is the restaurants resident oven master.
